PROGRAM GRANTS
INNOVATOR GRANTS
The Manor Innovator Grants are designed to encourage, facilitate, recognize, and reward innovative and creative instructional approaches in the district.
Manor ISD teachers, campuses, and departments may apply for funding to support innovative programs or projects that support higher levels of student learning. The grant must enhance student learning and support the Campus Action Plan's or District Improvement Plan's objectives, goals, and initiatives.
OPPORTUNITY GRANTS
Opportunity grants are awarded to Manor ISD campuses that the administration has identified as needing increased funding to advance initiatives aimed at improving students’ academic performance or another district priority. Opportunity grants award a maximum of $5,000. Proposals are by invitation only.
Projects should fall into one of more of the following categories:
Project Based Learning Initiatives
Fine Arts Programming
Academic and Educational Enrichment
Social Emotional Learning
Parent Education
Innovative Teaching
Physical Health
Student Leadership Development
Virtual and Hybrid Instruction
Career and Technology Education
Manor Innovator Funds
Grants up to $750 will be awarded to individual teacher initiated programs or projects.
Grants up to $1,500 will be awarded to campus teams, departments and district initiated programs or projects.
